2.6mm Solid Gold Rounded Slinky Box Chain Necklace

Each link in this chain creates a rounded box shape, resulting in a luxuriously textured three dimensionality throughout the entire length of the chain. The box link is sometimes referred to as the Venetian Chain, given its origination from Venice. It can also be referred to as the square link chain, briolette chain, or book chain. The version I chose to carry has slightly rounded, oval links rather than completely square boxes, which give the chain more facets for light to glimmer off of. This type of rounded box link also gives the chain a velvety slipperiness, almost like a snake chain.
